Sunday, October 17, 2021, seemed to start out as just another average day for 39-year-old Heidi Plank.

It was early afternoon, another beautiful sunny day in West Los Angeles, when Heidi left her rented townhouse, located in the Palms area of town, a neighborhood on the west
