I've wanted to chat with this expert since the last year, but pneumonia bested me.

Things were delayed, but finally here we are. So this guest is not only a researcher in this field,

but also a clinical psychologist who got their

bachelor's in psychology and a doctorate in clinical psychology and a doctoral

research fellowship a little place called Oxford and they have been an absolute leader and a champion

in the field of misophonia, and in therapies for it.

And they wrote the book, Sounds Like misophonia,

how to stop small noises from causing extreme reactions.
