Says the industry's

revenue will decline this year. Clients are considering pulling back from

trading some fixed-income securities. They're refraining from doing deals.

Deutsche cutting its bonus pool by 11% rising legal expenses hurting

earnings last year.

Meanwhile, people with knowledge of the matter say Deutcha is in talks with J.P. Morgan,
