13 through 20, and verse 34.

and invite you to open with me to Matthew 19.

In light of only getting to 12 verses last week, we've got extra ground cover

in both Matthew 19 and Matthew 20 today. So we're going to read these

stories about children and a rich man and workers in a field. We're going to hear a mother's request for her sons, and then we'll see two

blind men healed.

And as I studied these stories this week, it was clearly they all tied together quite well actually

under the banner of one overarching truth so let me give it to you from the start.

Salvation is a free gift of divine mercy, totally devoid of human merit.
