Binnita was panicking. She just found out that the Pope was not even scheduled to be in Rome the weekend of her big wedding in Italy.

Her friends took her back to her apartment, where they opened a bottle of champagne to calm her nerves.

That's when her phone rang.

It was Paolo.

And I went back into my bedroom and I closed the door.

I was screaming at him. I said what the hell is going on and he's very calm, very steady,

very soothing and he said I don't know my love, I'm so sorry. I just found this out as well.

I've put in a call to the Vatican. I'm trying desperately to get to the bottom of it.

And I promise you everything will be okay. We're still getting married.

Everything's fine. We're going to married. Everything's fine.

We're going to sort this out.

So he kept trying to tell me everything's fine.

Everything's fine.

And he's going to call the Vatican.

And that if he can't get an answer,

he's going to fly to Rome himself to get an answer. But for Benita, that wasn't an answer he's going to fly to Rome himself to get an answer. But for Benita that

wasn't enough. I said I don't believe you. This doesn't make any sense anymore.

This isn't adding up. Now it was Paolo's turn to get angry. He kept saying, why would you say something like that?

I don't know how could you ever think I would lie to you? So I said to him, I need you to fly to New York and look

me straight in the eye. I want you to tell me face to face.
