Before we jump into Nucleus and Dubai and the ecosystem there, tell me and my audience a little bit about you.

So I've always been, you can say, the serial entrepreneur type of guy born and raised around the Washington, D.C. area.

Ended up in Dubai a little less than a year ago for a sheer of

several different coincidences overlapping each other. I've done kind of a handful of things,

ranging from back in 2005, 2006, I launched the first Pakistani artist on iTunes. Then in 2020,

I co-founded the first nationwide COVID testing tool with the buddy of mine.

I eventually became the COVID testing location tool.

And now I'm here working on pre-AGI in Dubai now.
