Welcome to episode 21, I believe, of the fucka diet radio.

My name is Caroline Duna. I'm the creator of the fucka diet and the host of the fuckadite radio.

Oh my goodness. So I had this whole intro and I recorded it a couple days ago because that's when I started

doing the podcast. But then I finished it later because I was so tired. You'll hear when I'm

reading the first couple posts that I'm yawning so much and I'm so tired so I had to stop.
