And in this episode number 430, I've invited two mom friends who've been on the show before

Brittany Turner and Angel Rashudi to join me.

I am doing ministry and I don't mean not in a diminishing way or that that's all it's

ever going to be but when I sacrifice what I selfishly would want to do with the goal

of serving another in the name of Christ, that is ministry.

Brittany and Angel have both been on the show before we put those links in the show notes.

They are both also the moms two four young kiddos and they have both attended seminary

and are actively involved in ministry.

So today we thought how do we answer the question that I get from moms about wanting and

desiring a ministry outside of motherhood and the tension that comes with also fulfilling

the ministry within motherhood.

So Angel and Brittany are and I are going to discuss that but here's the deal.

Angel and Brittany have never met each other.

Not only have they never met they've never interacted until this call.

So the beginning of our conversation is me just asking a couple of get to know you questions

and my hope even in doing that is this is something you can do if you are meeting a mom

for the first time you can just meet them and see and I'm telling you within an hour

these guys were fast friends.

In fact, we stayed on the call after I ended hit the end record for another hour.
