| 0:48.8 | The idea is that you have some natural talents. Most people do something they're just born with. |

| 1:08.1 | There are probably a lot of people who are really good at that one thing. |
| 1:11.2 | But if you're really good at one thing and you know public speaking, |
| 1:15.8 | you're probably going to be the boss of those people who are only good at one thing. |
| 1:20.0 | But if you can also learn persuasion and you're also good at communicating and writing, |
| 1:24.4 | and these are all learnable things, at least within, let's say, the business realm. |
