Any achievement that you're striving for requires, in really simplistic terms, it requires a mindset shift.

right? And the water is flowing toward least resistance. And it's like the same flow of water over and over and over again. It's been flowing like this for years, decades, and that's how

our brains are wired. Our brains are wired like the same way. It's like the same neuro pathways

firing over and over and over and over and over again the same way, right? Essentially what we're

trying to do when we try to change habits or create a new action is we're telling that river, hey,

would you mind going from north to south to kind of east now? And that's what we're doing. And it's

really, really challenging to do that. You know, we have to remember that from birth to about the age of

seven, our brains are being programmed. They're being coded. They're being wired as we're learning
