Today we are celebrating the release of your new book, Minimalist Moms, Living and Parenting

with Simplicity. First off, congratulations. I'm so impressed. Thank you. I mean congratulations to you too.

We kind of have book babies in the same couple of months.

So yeah, it is exciting. I was just telling you before we hopped on the call but it in some ways it doesn't seem

real I think that it all happened so quickly that yeah I'm still trying to

soak it in I'm gonna really try and enjoy tomorrow but yeah I appreciate the

congrats well I guess we should start there.

Tell us, first of all, for anybody who doesn't know you, introduce yourself and your

podcast, but then also tell us, I'm really curious to know what was it like for you writing a book

during a pandemic? All right well I'll start with introducing myself because that's

probably easier to answer.
