Well, hello there and welcome back. My name is Stephanie Safarian and you are

podcast. On today's show we are discussing all the different facets of educating our children at home.

The pandemic may indeed be on its way out.

My first grader is heading back to school full time next month.

Three cheers for that.

But even so, the fact remains that an awful lot of learning happens at home, pandemic or no pandemic.

And so today I wanted to explore the ways in which we as parents can instill a love of learning in our children without overly

complicating the process.

Now I'm biased because this is my show, but I think today's episode is amazing.

And that's because I am bringing you not one but two highly qualified guests, two former teachers who each bring their unique insight to our conversations.

In my first interview, I'm speaking with Hillary Einboden.

Hillary is a home learning coach who helps parents homeschool effectively.

She's on the show to offer ways in which we can encourage our children to explore their passions while also putting down their

screens.

In my second interview after the break, I'm speaking with Jess Purcell. Jess is a former science teacher who is dedicated to

bringing environmental science into the home and so Jess is on the show to offer up three

simple and I do mean simple activities that we can do with

our kids of all ages at home to get them thinking critically about issues surrounding sustainability.
