I'm actually told by people you need to start stretching now.

I didn't realize that sadly getting the second half of your life, the bulk of it is just stretching.

The other half when you're not stretching, it's doing this one.

I even found myself just getting out the car yesterday, making a noise to know I'm up myself. Like a sound show, my day is just a series of just getting out the car.

You got to engage the call. Just getting out the car.

So I went to the gym yesterday and just started to work out and the train of, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

Come on, you know how this works. You have to start stretching. I don't want to. He goes, you need to start doing some yoga. You're 48.

You need to start looking after yourself now. And I'm like, oh, no, we're having this conversation.
