I want to talk about something after a phone call we'd had yesterday.

It's an amazing phone call, which are going to replay in a minute.

But before that, the reason why I keep thinking about it is right now with my two teenage daughters.

They're teenagers, 17, almost 18 and 19, almost 20.

So very, very big years for them and at the moment the number one thing

they're talking about thinking about and going over and over again is like what are they going to do

for a job in their life right and it's almost it's actually almost too big a question so overwhelming

because they think there's one decision and once you get it right and the pressure

to get it right and also years ago we didn't have Instagram where ever especially if it's

anything like my feed where it's every other video about meaning purpose take my course

And so, someone's going, is this my meaning? Am I purpose?

And so for then it's overwhelming because everyone on their social feeds on TikTok and Instagram is meaning, purpose.

And so right now they're like, I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do.

It's like, it's a crippling question.

So they keep thinking about it.

And yesterday we get a phone call from John.

So we were doing the phone in, what are the odds?
