all the messages came in after that historic Saturday night and the amazing scenes from the

Matilda's in a really, you know what, I think probably one of the most dramatic sporting moments

of my life, right? And I've seen, sadly, way too many penalty

shootouts. They've never gone England's way. It's like, it's, do you remember we were all there

a couple of years ago? Oh, yes, England, Croatia. I'd had another hour of the show to do, and I was just

broken by yet another penalty shootout, breaking hearts. And so the moment, it's like PTSD for me, another penalty shootout.

Oh, God, these poor Matildas, do they realize how heartbreaking it is

that suddenly heroes are made and heroes are broken?

But I think it was Courtney Vine, who obviously took the last one,

which I can't even imagine.

How do you get your body to work under all that pressure? I can't imagine just running up how you'd have that without your body just stopping going, this is too much, there's millions of people. And you hold all that together. And you find some inner stillness, and you just go and slot it, and you do it all. Afterwards she was saying now she'd

always felt like an outsider, got imposter syndrome. And she felt like she said she just stepped up.

And it always brought me to tears, you know, in life when sometimes you don't meet the moment for

various moments. She just can't in that moment. But she did. And she didn't play for the game before that. She was benched and then brought on. It was just like, you know, and her and McKenzie, you know, who we didn't even know really last week. Now, I feel like we're really getting to know these women really involved in all their stories like Mary Fowler. I know she's got an Irish dad and her mom's from Papua New Guinea and they met in Papua New Guinea. I've been really heavily involved in their story over the last couple of weeks that we've been getting behind them on the

Goldathon. Obviously the big thing that people have been asking me is the number one question is like,

well, what are you going to do? Oh yeah. What are you going to do? Yesterday I put something up on

Instagram. All you want to hear about was yeah, what are you going to do come Wednesday night Pommie

and it's a watershed moment for me and my family actually five years of living here and then the

honest answer is on Saturday night when you went through and then remember mates we watched the

England game the lionesses and they went through and I said I don't believe this I was secretly cheering

on Colombia so I wouldn't have to. I was secretly cheering on Columbia.
