First time I used it right, my wife came into a garage

because she actually thought I'd fallen over because the noises were like,

and stuff like that she went oh god chris please so i had to then promise her i've had to i had to buy

one of these watches that you know you can sort of track your heart rate.

I have to text my wife afterwards. I'm still alive. Don't do it big and have a heart attack.
