Maybe you had dreams. That's why I picked that song, helped set this up. Maybe you had dreams. We all have dreams. Some of them don't get to happen, though, do they? Today I want to know, what did you try out for, but not get?

It's catching up with an old friend of mine yesterday in the UK. And we were reminiscent about the time that his life looked at

that I was going to take a very different turn. He came very close to being the Arsenal Football

Club in London, a very old club, known as the Gunners. And they have a big mascot that's a kind

of green dinosaur called Gunasaurus. He came very close to being hired for an entire season. He's a

mad fan of the club.

It would have been a really big deal for him, right?

We still laugh at now.

You know when you laugh about something your friend laughs a bit,

but years later gets out, there's still a core, like, it still hurts him,

because he still believes he should have got the job as Gunasaurus.

He was going to be their mascot for the entire season. And how great for him and all your

mates to know that like, hey, that's our mate down there. You know, and he'd be there before

the home gains and stuff like that. It would have been a big thing in his life. But anyway,

he didn't get it. And I was wondering, Chanchim, other things that you tried out for that you

really wanted to get, but just didn't happen. It was just to have up to you, Jackie Boy. I tried out, when I was doing community radio in high school, I was a teenager and tried

out for a work experience video that was going to go into every school in the country

where I would be the host and explain how you get through work experience.

I got, what an honor.

I didn't get it, but I got offered another role in a video where I just had to wear

overalls and be in the background of a factory as a work experience kid. Non-speaking, non-speaking
