college radio, always been quite quiet and shy.

Most of them don't want to work in radio. It's just like a bit of fun to do it. But I was looking at the photos of her, a student radio station. No lie, better than what we're in right now. Wow. I was like, one microphone's that. That's annoying. I don't even have one of those. She was like, I thought you're national in a strike. Yeah, I am. But companies going through some challenges at the moment. A couple of court cases, left, right, centre everywhere. I've got time to worry about our studio is in front and centre for them right now. Anyway, I'm chatting on she's 19. And she only got into it just for a bit of fun, but it's really litter up. And you are, one of the most important things in life is to find what are those things that ping in you, whatever age that is. And it's like you find some golden thread and you don't ever let go of that thread, whether she ends up going to work in radio. I end up, I was only going to speak to her for 20 minutes to Sunday night and I had to get really good to bed

early, blah, blah, blah. And I was speaking to it for an hour, I left inspired again about radio. Oh, wow. Chatted to some 19-year-old that's discovered like I did at her age, and we've all done at some point the wonderful magic of being in these rooms in small teams and

Yeah. A lot of young kids now don't need to go and ask someone's permission to speak. They can put a microphone in a bedroom now and go straight onto YouTube and Twitch and Instagram. It's incredible. It's a really exciting to know. It's a booming mega economy now, the creator economy. But no, she's been lit up so much. She wants to work in radio. Love that. I love that.
