I have dedicated two hours.

I broke it up into an hour yesterday and an hour this morning to hear this full Taylor Swift chat with her boyfriend.

Travis and his brother Jason Kels.

They do a great podcast together.

You've ever heard it called New Heights?

No, I've seen lots of clips.

Yeah.

It's inside their sport, obviously, you know, I'm not a mega fan, but they are just a joyous brothers. Yeah. Just hearing their energy hanging out. But anyway, Taylor Swift was going on. Obviously, she's dating Travis. So the reason I wanted to watch is because my daughter's just adore Taylor Swift and have done for years. Especially my youngest daughter,

Lois. She's been into Taylor Swift, Reverend. She can explain what the songs mean and why they matter.

And I went with the girls to see Taylor last year at the MCG. And it was almost what I call a spiritual

experience. I spent more time watching the crowd. Oh my God, the connection she had around the world with her fans. It was incredible. So anyway, my daughters now, because they're 18 and 21, you have to find areas of connection with them. I have to still find ways like a detective of being in their world. They would not have heard this podcast yet. They'd be stunned that I've taken effort to do this i'm doing this so i've

got something to talk to them about and if you guys don't made i've made some notes oh please i would

love to go because i've got then little stepping stones there are to talk to my daughters about

what i've discovered from i really have got notes by the way this is a page of some of my notes from

two hours of listen to taylor swift on the New Heights podcast. Taylor Swift and Travis, okay, play beer pong together. On the podcast? No, no, no. That's their thing when friends come around. They play beer pong and they're very good at it and undefeated. Oh, wow. But come on, that's suck-ups playing against them.

Do you think so? Just throwing it. If you're friends. Yeah, wouldn't you want the honour of beating them? No, you want to keep getting invited back. No, you want to beat them. I know you would. You're competitive. Taylor baked sourdough. She goes on people's blogs to get their recipes. Oh, wow. She love her thing is to bake sourdough.

All kinds of different flavor.

I didn't expect that. She has a name. Tell you what I'm in all of what I, an artist she is, but also how she runs her business and that. She, there's a moment in the, in the interview that I actually did pause and made a note about, to talk to you guys about about energy. She had this quote, you should treat your energy as if it was a luxury item. Not everyone can afford it. In other words, it's a scarce commodity. Be careful of what you give your energy to. And then the really big takeaway for me was about the otters. Excuse me? Travis, a boyfriend. I mean, he's huge.
