Earlier this morning, we're doing double thumbs up, and Jack was saying now, him and his wife, Bianca, have got a peloton now and, uh, and, uh, I've got one and, uh, I was saying how, uh, when my wife,

uh, first had a go on the, the peloton, right? I'd had it for a couple of months and I was saying,

you should try it. But I think with cycling, some, some exercises like cults, aren't they? People are, I don't know, I see the clogs and not sure if I can

be bothered with the faffer. So anyway, using those sort of cleats, they're called those

clip-in, clip-out shoes, they're actually, the first couple times used them, they're actually

really hard to use it. They're so awkward. They're like wearing horseshoes. You see people falling over

on bikes when they're using them for the first time out the old middle-aged men in their lycra there i remember once being a traffic light and there was some fat old knacker at the back

of his pack they just taken off right they were like about a k ahead of this poor guy who was

up and and them puffing he wasn't he looked like you know a good night and i remember looking at him

he sort of nodded at me. And he just fell over.

He just fell over onto the grass version.

I got up the car when you were right and he was stuck on with his cleats.

He was like, this effing thing.

I hate this effing hobby.
