So a lot of the questions I got were just like what do you eat? So how do you describe your your diet so I say it's like the it's the 80-20

lifestyle so 80% of the time I eat really healthy and for me that means no

GMOs no really processed foods. I never look at calories or fat. I only read ingredients.

And I want just you know as much real food as possible and then the other 20%, I'm sorry I also don't eat a lot of cow's milk only because I'm really sensitive to it. I'll do a little butter here and there, but that's it. And then the other 20% when I'm traveling or I go out to eat, I eat whatever the hell I want.
