All right, so here's where we are then, which makes it kind of, I guess, bittersweet to actually talk about what we want to talk about here, which is someone's coming into the world very, very soon.

We lost someone, which was Shane Warren.

And not to somebody, I still can't believe that it's happened. And even in

Patsy's news hearing about, you know, his family picking up his body from the airport yesterday.

You can't imagine what that actually must be like from them when seven days ago, dad's alive.

So it's been a really, really sad week, actually. It's been a heartbreaking week. And I said this on Monday, and I still keep thinking about it every day.

Yesterday we're in the pub, everyone's talking about it, trying to make sense of something,

which I don't think we can make sense of, because it isn't right.

He was just 52, and his mum and dad, and his kids, they shouldn't be at the funeral bearing him. It doesn't feel right.

Especially someone like Shane Warren, who's so sort of vital and big the presence he had here in Australia globally, but especially right here in Melbourne, very much a son of Melbourne.

So there's been so many tributes. And over the weekend, I was catching up with someone when I first heard the news, I rang him. And that's a friend of my Michael Vaughn, who used to be the England cricket captain who used to play against Warney. And then

they're their best friends, so much so that when Michael Vaughn was over doing the commentary

with Shane in the comms mock for Fox Sports Over the Ashes, Shane invited him to spend

Christmas with him because Michael was away from his family,

you know, in a different country on Christmas Day and he didn't want someone being alone. And it's

quite a lot to invite someone into your house on Christmas Day. Christmas Day is a family day.

But that's who Shane Warren was. He invited Michael around. They had a great day. And I said to Michael,

could you leave a message for everyone on Monday about what

Shane meant to you and who he was? And while he was doing that, he told us about what it's like

and what the king eats compared to what the rest of us eat. All of us eat in turkey, beef,
