Patty had an extraordinary meeting yesterday with the school on Zoom.

Yeah, it's that time.

So Audrey's grade five, and they're broaching the subject of sex education this year, which I think is brilliant that they introduce it in primary school.

Did your girls have a similar sort of thing?

Yeah, and do you know what?

It changes everything, especially as a father to daughters,

and it would be the same for Chris as well.

They, it changes.

Because up until that moment, you're just some magic unicorn.

And then when they know what you did,

it just, I remember when we had to speak to ruby our

eldest daughter so she'd be the first one to have that have the chat with us and so my wife went

to say to say hey you know your dad and i would have a chat with you about sort of the birds and

the bees stuff like she sort of went oh okay she didn't quite know what was something she went well

okay well why can't we just do it now what's it got to do with dad you go spoiler with her wait do you get a load

of what dad did i Chris was sitting in on this hour long session and I'd look over it an hour

it was an hour what have you got to talk about for? Well, just how to talk about it with your kids.

What is the best approach to, you know, making it as less awkward as possible.
