It's amazing.

There are certain things, right, that actually make us nervous or anxious as an adult.

Normally when you're a kid, there are quite a few various things, night time and stuff like that,

light's been off.

But still as an adult, you suddenly fear that you have these fears and anxiety.

Jack, you had this experience yesterday when you were cooking.

Yeah, and I should have grown out of mine now in my 30s, but I still get very nervous

taking things out of the oven.

I don't like, yeah, I don't like...

It's the sides of death.

I fear that my hands will touch the sides of the oven or that the teetails with which I hold the

dish will not be strong enough to guard the heat and the heat will transfer into my hands.

The moment you open up the oven door, put it down or whatever you do, it's always, to me,

it's always this, oh, yeah.

You know it's hot in there and I always get,

it's fighting that I'm going to touch the sides.

So once a day I can live with,

but yesterday we were roasting a chicken,

and every 20 minutes we were meant to get it out and baste it.

So every 20 minutes I was going back in there,
