Before we crack on with the show, I'm in pain.

The reason is I was talking about this on Monday, how my 16-year-old daughter, Ruby, has got into athletics training, right?

Over the weekend, we went, and I did some running with her and we had a race and she beat me quite easily

yesterday was the rematch yeah so we do the warm up that's not too bad okay just just four laps okay

and then it's time to start doing the sprinting so i said to her and this is my route to success

i said to her why don't you because she said I need to do four of these 100 meters sprints.

And I'm thinking in my head, I ain't, I ain't going to make four.

But I can't say that to it.

I tough it out.

I go, great.

I said, tell you what we're really good for you.

If I filmed a couple of the first ones.

Soften her up, okay? I go, if I film a couple of first ones, you can see, because this is really

the moment technique and form, and she goes, oh, great, thank. She doesn't mind standing in the rain.

I went, I don't mind standing in the rain, because I'm your dad. And I'm happy to give you

that advantage of checking your technique. I won't have that ability. I don't need technique,

because some people, you're born with it, you know? So she does three 100-meter sprints, okay?

And I keep going, this time really push it even faster.

You know, you can get over that anaerobic threshold, okay?
