And I don't know, who knows, whether we're going to be coming out this at the weekend or a wee bit

longer. But thank you very much to everyone who's been buying the book as well.

today and I'm really proud of it actually. I've put my heart and soul into the book. And

it's about the move here. But it's also about something else which is what

i want to talk about this morning and jack and pat to know about this and they've known for a bit of time

as well but one thing i want to talk about when i told my story was i want to tell the real reason

of why i moved here and i've never really talked about it before for a reason because i felt

ashamed of it. And sometimes

when we have something tough in our life, we feel we feel shame and it keeps you in a very small

place and makes you feel very lonely as well. And five years ago, five or six years ago,

my life was in a very different place. I had terrible anxiety attacks. I couldn't do the one

thing that I've always loved in my life, which is this radio. And for an awful period, I wasn't do the one thing that I've always loved in my life, which is this. Radio. And for an awful period, I wasn't, I was having these terrible anxiety attacks as I was walking
