So listen, tell us about world of flavour. Already you've gone for the big claim, you know,

you're celebrating all these great diverse Australian dishes, but spaghetti bolognese does not come

from Australia. You can't claim that. All I can do, all I can do is work with

evidence. All I can do is say show you. You're like a food detective now, are you Colombo?

That's right. It's like the CSI. I'm out there and you can do it. It's all available. So I found,

I found the first recipe I can find, the earliest recipe, in the 30s,

spaghetti bolognese was like the trendy thing to eat in, in Sydney. And there are pictures of

society people tossing spaghetti bolognese in their table at their tables in 1939 in the swanky
