Hey, this is the Christian O'Connell Show podcast.

All right, so last Friday on the show was talking about these questions at my 18-year-old

daughter. She came home from university and she had these three questions from me. We spent about two

hours going over them. And one of them was a great one. It's this one, but we haven't done yet.

What's something that someone told you that changed the trajectory, good word that, of your life.

You know, someone can say something, sometimes it might even be not intentionally.

You might overhear something or see something on TV and someone might say something

at an interview.

Someone just gives you some advice that actually does actually alter the path of your life.

For me, when I was 18, I was obsessed with getting into radio, and I'd done a college radio

show, and I had what was called what you had to put together, and you're still doing now called

a demo tape.

This actually was a cassette, and it was like two minutes of your best bits.

And one of the greatest days of my life, I got a letter one down the post for my local radio station that I loved, Power FM.

50,000 volts of music power across the South Coast.

And I was obsessed with this radio station.

I was like, that's my dream job.

It's a weird DJ for Power FM.

The letter said, I'd been selected coming come in for an interview by the program controller.

It was 18 years ago.
