Yesterday evening I got conned. I find it very hard sometimes to say no to my kids.

My eldest daughter Ruby had already asked my wife if she would take her to a supermarket yesterday evening at 8.

My wife didn't even, she didn't even, I don't think Ruby even finished the sentence.

I went, no.

And just actually turned away. The house

is closed after 8. I feel like you should

be. It's like come on. We've done

enough for you guys today. There needs to be

some time for the butler to have like an

hour's break to put his feet up.

And then they come find me and go, will you take me

to the supermarket? Mum said no. I can't be honest.

Sad by me.

Get one up on the old lady.

Of course, of course.

So we go to the supermarket, right?

And I go, hang on a minute.

This isn't for a shop, is it, or anything?

I said, no, no, I just want to get a few snacks.

I went fine.

And I wasn't paying enough attention. snacks at 8 o'clock at night. Teenagers do. You know what? They're like vampires. They're never stop eating, Jack. They're half asleep throughout most of the day right at school David Jim. In the evening, they are starving. What happens is they go, I'm not that hungry.
