Once a week, we get into the 80s.

We're doing our A to Z of the 80s.

And it is hard sometimes to describe the great decade, the weird decade, the over-the-top

decade of the 80s, to someone like Jack Post, who I do the show with every night, under

the age of 35.

I asked Jack yesterday, obviously,

very hard sometimes, sort of describing what the 80s was like to someone who's under 35. It

was a very strange decade when you look back on it. But when we were living in it and more

excitingly growing up in it, it was really exciting. It was amazing. It was a changing world.

And one of the big movies of the 80s was The Karate Kid.

And we're doing the letters, J and K in our A to Z of the 80s today.

I love the Karate Kid. Came out in 1984.

Patsy, did you go and see this at all?

Yeah, loved it. Loved it.

Did your brothers all practice the crane kick on each other?

Wax on, wax off.
