I love impressions, right? It's like a dying art. You don't see a lot of young entertainers now doing impressions. Years ago, if you want to get on TV doing comedy and I like that, the shortcut was doing an impression of people. And I always think it is a great skill. The people do it really, really well. Steve Coogan, before he became one of the world's best comic actors and Alan Partridge, was a very, very gifted impressionist. That's how he was a stand-up. This morning, when I test your impressions, and I know you've heard this a million times, and who do you do?

People are calling up to him very, very bad impressions of famous people, and the people on the show laughing like it's the funniest expression in the world. This isn't that. We simply want to hear you do an impression of someone we do not know. We're just enough to take your work for it. That is a good impression. Even at just a possible impression of,

it might be the guy who gives you coffee in the morning

if it's the same place every day. It might be kids on the school run right now. I bet you do a great impression of your mom or dad when they're in a bad mood or yelling at you about how it's too late now to wash your sports kit it's your fault you should have told us yesterday

so whoever it is you want to do an impression of your your other half your partner your boss at work

we just want to hear the impression of someone we don't know the first four people that call up to give

us a go uh we've got chemist warehouse vouchers uh 150 dollars each so we'll give you those first four people that come on air to give this a go.
