| 0:46.7 | for tv back in the day for most of us of a certain age tv used to shut down there was one or two |
| 0:53.3 | channels there was no choice the tv was on when the TV wanted to be on. And then they told you to go bed at night. Now, every movie, literally every movie this has ever been made is two seconds away. We're power lines by choice though. Every Friday, there's too many TV shows. Is that good? I don't like that guy. He's always a good guy. He's always a bad guy. You get all these arguments now on the couch. Trying to find a TV show that works for everybody is really hard. You're not going to go online. Starts research and shows. You don't know if you trust Rotten Tomatoes. We are here for you. We have our recommendations. It might be books. It might be TV shows to stream and watch. It might be movies. Apps, anything that we're genuinely into and enjoyed, we recommend to you guys. This also works the same way. You recommend, what have you enjoyed the last couple of weeks? Lots of big shows over Christmas and movies. What have you really enjoyed? Share it with me, 0475-03-104-3. A couple things to me to get us going there. First of all, I am, |
| 1:50.4 | I love modern technology, but I am somewhat of an analogue rebel. I say this right now. |
| 1:56.0 | I'm aware that I brought my Polaroid camera into the studio today. I want to get some photos of you all to mark. |
| 2:00.6 | I want an actual physical reminder of you all to mark, I want |
| 2:01.1 | an actual physical reminder of week one of our national radio show. |
| 2:06.0 | Right. And yeah, I could do it on my phone. It sits on my phone. It sits on my phone with |
| 2:11.2 | thousands of other photos. I'm never really going to look back on. The Polaroid camera does not |
| 2:16.0 | take very good photos. Even if I'm one foot away from you, it still looks like we're at the bottom of a mine in Perth. However, I love those Poloid photos. So I love Polaroid, but the big thing I'm starting this with, this year with, is a pocket diary. Old school. I'm bringing in right now. Yes, it is mock leopard skin, |
| 2:35.6 | Leo. I noticed that. Wow. Okay. Leopard skin diary. Yeah, I think as I head into eight years |
| 2:42.8 | living in Australia, I think I'm awakening my end of Bogood. Yes, definitely. The mock leopard skin |
| 2:48.1 | pocket diary spoke to me and I've got it. Now, I do have quite large handwriting. So I've only ever got room for one or two things a day. So it's actually helping me really focus on what's essential day-to-day. Not in a kind of minimalist way, just because I don't have room. You know, people say I don't have room at the moment in my schedule. I really don't have room to write it. Today, what have I got? The Air Task of Vic is coming at 3.30. I've got an appointment with Larry Ender at 1025. That's right. I'm on Channel 7. Larry? Talking about, yeah, I'm on your home. Oh, Larry. I'm at Channel 7. Give a lot. Give Lass my best. I will. Yes. Non-stop Las Attack. Me and Last, 1025. So the other thing that I've really enjoyed over Christmas, I loved, yes. Non-stop, Las Attack. Me and Las, 1025. |
| 3:29.2 | So the other thing that I've really enjoyed over Christmas, I loved the Netflix show, Runaway. |
| 3:35.5 | I thought it was absolutely outstanding thriller, very, very good, starring a great Irish out to James Nesbitt. |
