Welcome, guys and gals to The Man Talk Show. I'm Connor Beedon, and today we're going to talk about the

secret to getting what you want. Now, just a heads up, just to complete transparency, I'm not going to be

This episode is about setting a direction and an intention and being able to take action

Now, you can probably tell that I have a little bit of a bassy voice today because I've come down

with the post-Christmas cold. And if anyone that is out there is listening to this, you know,

is sick or you know someone that's sick, maybe one of your kids or your spouse or, you know,

somebody that you work with, I have something that I've been using for years now, and it's an old

singer's recipe. So a lot of singers will use this if they get sinus congestion or a sore throat

or they come down with the flu. And it is just, it's a potent concoction. So what you do is you

get some water, you boil that water, and you boil these five ingredients together. The five

ingredients are

ginger, honey, rosemary, lemon, and cayenne pepper. Again, it's ginger, honey, rosemary,

lemon, and cayenne pepper. And you boil those things together. Quick note on that.

Careful on the cayenne pepper. You might make yourself some extremely spicy tea,

but you boil those all together. You let it simmer for a little bit and then you pour yourself a cup of

tea. And it has all of the essential ingredients that you actually need for a sort of organic cold

tea remedy rather than trying to plug back a whole bunch of decongestion.
