Yeah, I mean, you know what? In the past, I've done a lot of traveling before when I was singing.

I think for a lot of people when they travel, that's usually where their habits fall apart, right?

They'll other go on vacation or they have to travel for work.

And the things that I have the absolute guiltiest person when it comes to that. Oh, really? Yeah. Yeah, there you go. And, you know, they'll go on like a work trip. And, you know, maybe they only go on a work trip once or twice a year. And so they get really excited about it. And then they, you know, go on the work trip and they drink more than they usually would or eat more than they usually would and sleep less. And it's just, you know, for the for the

men and women that are out there that travel a lot, having those habits on the road can be a big

challenge. And, you know, when I when I traveled a lot before, I was one of those people that just like my habits
