Today's question involves one of my favorite topics, food. I received a couple of questions in the gluten-free

lane. The first was for ideas for gluten-free breakfast that aren't oatmeal, and the second was

anything gluten-free related, including any tips for a mixed food family.

So I have never tested for celiac, but in my early 40s, I developed a pretty significant

inflammation response that flares up particularly with gluten and sugar.

I discovered this after a particularly painful summer where like everything hurt,

my joints, my eyes, everything.

And so I just decided to try to eliminate everything, gluten, sugar, alcohol, crunchy snacks,
