Are we excited about your weekends? Jack, what are you up to this weekend?

I'm playing golf tomorrow.

Yeah?

But I have a golf conundrum. My friend booked this package that's like eight people with all the carts and everything paid for. And then as we got closer to date, he couldn't find eight people to fill the spot. So he's saying, oh, has anyone else got, like ask any friends? So I ask a friend of mine to come and play, like, all right, he he's pumped and by the time i sent that message he goes oh nah all eight spots are filled now so you got to turn around to tell you mate he's uninvited oh that's horrible you got to stand down a buddy i know and he was so excited to play we actually been meaning him to play for a long. And where are you playing this weekend? Weather is supposed to be great.

This is called Hidden Valley, this golf course, in the north of the city. And what they're famous for is what's called an island green. So on the 18th hole, it's a green that's in the middle of a lake. And you've got to hit from the side of the lake. That would be great fun tomorrow. And Patsy, what are you up to this weekend?

Going up for dinner with friends tomorrow night, which would be lovely.

Where are you off to? Somewhere local? Yeah, somewhere local, Sons of Manor actually. We've booked in that. I think they do like a beautiful barbecue sort of, you know, long barbecue all day sort of meat. So I'm looking forward to them. This weekend, we've got our oldest friends are over, knowing them since where we were in our early 20s, before kids and all that. They're over visiting Australia for the first time. And so their daughter has moved to Sydney. So for 10 days, they were in Sydney, and we kept hearing it a lot. It's their first impression of Australia. Oh, my God, Sydney's amazing. Sydney, there sydney this the harbour this so flashy oh we've been to this suburb we've been to this bay

my wife and i were getting angry okay slightly defensive like you know really hope that actually

they like melbourne because they wouldn't say anything but they'd be thinking oh why did they

move to melbourne they should have gone to shiny sydney that's got the harbour so anyway they came last weekend and uh melbourne put it on a show

fantastic weather they're into their f1 so they went for a wander into the city on uh monday

they found the f1 fan zone so that so far double thumbs up for melbourne they're now prefer up over

sydney they did a great we've got the Mahaka this week. They've done Great Ocean Road. They've had two nights in lawn. The weather's been great. We're having an unusual summer at the moment, aren't we? It is really, really nice. So this weekend, we're doing the Bush Rangers Bay Walk down there. Have you ever done that? It's beautiful.

And if you go early in the morning as well, you see a lot of kangaroos. That's what we're hoping in the middle of the day. Like any Brits had come over, we just want to see kangaroos in wild. We saw some last weekend and they want to see more. My friends had actually looked like Jurassic Park. I went, it's not like, kangaroos aren't like Jurassic Park.

Don't raise the bar that high.
