Yesterday I had for the kids I made for tea last night, right, a good classic bangers and mash.

Oh, we had bangers and mash too last night.

Do you love a nice midweek bangers and mash?

It's a tree, isn't it?

Do you do gravy with it?

Oh, yes, an onion gravy.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I fried some onions as well, and I tried a new mash recipe yesterday as well.

They had cheese, milk, garlic, and not just garlic once you start mash and it all.

But as you're boiling the potatoes, Patsy, you put a spoonful of garlic in there as well with the potatoes there to start the garlic process.

What have you got vampires over that side of town?

Yeah, we have, yeah, Bayside.

And some finely chopped spring onions.

This is the mash I needed as a kid because we had bangers of mash every night my mum wasn't home.

Because it was dad's only meal that he could do.

Yeah, mild man.

What is it about the old school dad?

He only had one thing, a terrible spaghetti

bottleneys, which shouldn't even be possible, but he put peas in it for some reason. I've never worked

out to this day. I've been all over Italy. Like, you know, none of you put peas in this?

Well, my dad didn't put anything in the mash. So what was it? It was just like crunched up potato. Haytoe. It's so dry.
