Hello friends and welcome back it is time for the morning mindset I wish you a very

Merry Christmas and a very happy upcoming new year and toward the new year we have engaged in a mindset series to get us ready

for the new year and we learned yesterday about this thought war this mind battle that goes on for every one of us.

We're going to continue talking about that today by looking at a different passage of

scripture, but I hope you're ready today to align ourselves with the truth of God's word by getting our mind

aligned with what he says is true.

We're going to be looking at 2nd Corinthians Chapter 10 verses 3 through 5 today. so if you have a copy of the scriptures please

get it out and join me in prayer as we ask the Lord to be our teacher.

Lord Jesus we are thankful that you are faithful to guide us, you're faithful to teach us.

And today as we look at a passage of scripture that has to do with our thoughts and has very

clear instruction for us on what we are to do regarding our thoughts.

We ask you to open us up to the possibilities here of what could happen regarding longstanding patterns of thinking or long-held

deceptions we might have had that we now through the power of your spirit can

break and can destroy forever.

Lord, we're asking you to guide us to understand and give us the power through

your Holy Spirit to do what we need to do in Jesus' name.

All right, Second Corinthians chapter 10

verses 3 through 5. The Apostle Paul has been speaking about a number of

different things that have come up in the lives of these people he's writing to

that have somewhat taken them captive, that have deceived them in certain ways,

that have led them astray in other ways and he's encouraging them to do
