Okay, so we're going to talk about a mindset shift that may help you meet moments of your

life a little bit more easily and fluidly.

One of the things that can create a lot of tension when something difficult happens is

the belief that this shouldn't have happened, and it can feel like the world is out to get us,

God is out to get us, or even just the sense of the karmic flow of your life not working in your

favor.

And so the offering here of a mindset shift is specifically around the belief that something

shouldn't have happened, and I'll start by saying the idea that something shouldn't have

happened is as irrational as the idea that something should have happened.

In other words, they're both equally rational and irrational, but one tends to create more

suffering.

This idea that this shouldn't have happened, life shouldn't have unfolded this way.

The reframing of this shouldn't have happened to this should have happened, or let's just say

this happened the way things were intended to unfold can be easier to opt into when it's something

like a job loss, or I put a bit on this house and I didn't get it, or a relationship breakup.

There's a little bit more bandwidth and emotional agility to reframe those things and go,
