In today's episode, we're going to talk about the importance of slowing down as it relates

to doing the things that you really want to do more quickly and more fully.

Okay, so let's start with the potentially provocative statement.

You have to be able to slow down if you want to move quickly.

You have to be able to slow down if you want to move quickly.

So it's true that if you're just trying to do a bunch of busy work, you can put your

head down, caffeinate, push, and check things off of your to-do list.

And that could be an example of not slowing down, like moving quickly in order to go quickly.

And so that could seem like a counterpoint.

However, if you want to be supported by a life energy, a natural life energy, your life

energy that pulls you forward in a way that is aligned with you, who you are, on the

deepest level.

You must be able to slow down, attune to your body, and listen for what is true in what

we could say, your soul.

You could say your heart, or you could just say the part of you that is separate from

the noise in your mind.
