What we're exploring today is a different kind of meditation.

Most meditations that I've heard through other podcasts and apps really focus on the mind.

And in modern culture in this techie time that we're all,

I don't know, are we living in it, are we enduring it,

are we getting by?

I don't know, some days seem better than others. There's so much text, so many screens in our faces.

We're thinking and thinking and thinking and thinking and thinking more and more.

So what I want to offer you is a type of meditation that is less about thinking, which is a muscle that we're overusing in a lot of ways and I want to get into some very simple body

meditations now of course we're going to use our mind because we can't just

turn that off and we're not a separate mind in a body but we are we want to work right

where the mind and body sort of intersect and we want to use the wisdom that's available
