Hey there and welcome to wake me up. My friend, did you know that less than one in

ten people see their goals through to the finish line? I don't know about you but to me that statistic feels heartbreaking

because everyone has dreams about their life. We all want a better future but despite having everything we need to succeed, we so often

failed to bring those changes about.

What makes it really difficult is that most meaningful change occurs over the long term.

We have to stick to our goals, through big ups and downs, major distractions, and unforeseen obstacles. and

That's was really hard.

But here's the positive side of that.

Sticking with it is the hard part. Just showing up and

continuing to put one foot in front of the other is the key. That's it. Do what you can that day and don't beat yourself up about it if it's

Now, I know just showing up and sticking with it is easier said than done sometimes.

But in those tough moments when you're considering giving up,
