I'm Neil McCready in the Clark Ford Studios here in Oxford.

I'm joined by my good friend, Martin Palomo, there at Argent in Ridgeland, I think, is where specifically is where you are, the Madison Ridgeland area there in suburban Jackson, Mississippi.

I know it's been a long time since we've been with you guys. It's my fault. It's Martin's

fault. It's life's fault. We've had stuff and we just have had a hard time getting our schedules

together. We're both busy and lots of stuff going on. So apologize in advance, but we're

here for a pretty quick show today. So we'll talk on a couple of things. Obviously, some stuff

going on in the world that does impact your money. And then we'll talk about some interest rate

rumors, I guess speculation that's out there, how that might impact things as as well on a show that is brought to you

uh as you said you know it's been it's been, it's been a wild beginning of the year.

Not necessarily a bad thing.

I've had a decent amount of travel.

Some of it has been, actually a lot of it has been client-related travel, which is great.

I did have for the very first time, uh, in the wild,

got to connect with a listener. Uh, I was on a flight back home and, uh, a gentleman from

Oxford, actually, um, his name's Ed. I won't say his last name just to protect him in case he doesn't need to be associated with me. Uh, but anyway, man, sat on the flight. I had my Argent, uh, pull over on and he started talking to me. And, um, and he's listening. He was like, man, he's like, do you do a podcast? I was like, yeah. Nill and I do it. He's like, I listen to your podcast all the time. It was just so cool to meet, you know, a listener out in the wild too. But yeah, anyway, shout out to Ed for for speaking up. We had a great conversation all the way back, all the way back to Jackson. But, um, anywho, yeah, man, been on the road, a decent amount, visiting with clients.

And, you know, and folks, we do, this is our busy season all the way kind of running up

through middle of May, we're jamming.
