Warren Sharp from Sharp football on he questioned whether or not Jay Cutler could

operate as a starting NFL quarterback after shoulder surgery.

Cutler was already in decline, then he goes in for shoulder surgery.

You have to question whether or not the velocity will return.

That's why we have pre-season.

So we can observe Jay Cutler.

I was most interested in watching Jake Cutler this pre-season

and he delivered. He locked on to Devante Parker and

whip the football out there, unlike Ryan Tannahill was capable of. As it turns out, Jake Cutler is an upgrade over Ryan Tannahill and a healthy

J Cutler is an upgrade, of course, over Matt Moore at this point. This was all a question mark

before pre-season. Now the questions have been answered and when
