We've got a tendency to get really myopic when things get thorny for us or in our immediate vicinity.

We get really near-sighted.

It's easy to forget that other parts of the world other people

Still exist and are in fact probably grappling with their own demons.

For instance, if you are interested in this show, you are aware that there is this mysterious

plant medicine community down in the Amazon, and unfortunately, they too have been thrown into total

disarray because of COVID it makes sense because I mean potentially blasting bodily fluids in the immediate vicinity of your peers.

That's a hard no go right now. So these retreat centers are really in uncertain times and that's part of the reason I wanted to catch up with my man

Hamilton Souther today to hear what's really going on down there. As you might

know I went to his retreat center Blue Morpho outside of Ickitos Peru last year. It was a truly harrowing, beautiful, trying,
