I don't know what time it is for you, but it's easy to spend time verbally taking the It's everybody's favorite punching bag lately, the ego. It's everybody's favorite

punching bag lately, the ego

It's easy to listen to woke folks say compelling words about becoming more selfless and more compassionate There's more people than ever, harping on it. And I agree with them. We really largely

2:36.0

it doesn't consume me. It doesn't define me. It doesn't take control of my life and when

2:40.8

you figuratively or literally, I suppose,

2:44.0

taste a rich indulgent flavor, it doesn't define you either.

2:50.0

So I guess I'm saying, eat your psychic or corporeal cupcake from time to time within reason

2:58.1

as long as you're generally progressing toward improvement in that respective area.
