Back to the point though, unlike natural disasters, personal chaos doesn't just

curses of self-doubt confusion crippling loss it turns your innerverse topsy-turvy, and we've all been there to some extent.

I mean, untimely deaths, breakups, lost jobs, friend issues, just generally feeling worthless or depressed, whatever.
