Hello, I'm Sana Khadar, and this is Mind Hacks, all in the Mind's midweek mini episode,

0:16.9

where we catch up with the experts we've spoken to in our main show

0:20.5

and ask them a few simple

0:21.9

questions about the mental health tools they use in their own lives. What do they love,

0:26.2

got. And so I have been asking myself, who has the microphone right now? Whoever has the

1:33.7

microphone has the loudest voice. And so I've started kind of imagining physically taking

1:40.3

1:46.2

you're not in charge today. The builder's in charge. And so that's just my version of kind of

1:51.6
