Hello everyone. Welcome to this bonus episode of the Mindful in minutes podcast. Today is book launch day, which oh my gosh, I can't, I don't, I can't believe it's here. It really does feel like I am like it's like I'm giving birth to a book baby.

You're like, oh my gosh, it's happening. This thing is going to come out into the world. That's how I feel. I'm kind of birthing a book baby today.

And what I thought I would do, I know it's not a regular Mindful in minutes day, but what I thought could be kind of fun is to do a little bit, just a short little live reading for you guys.

So this book, you've, you've heard me talk about it. I mean, I've been talking about it a lot. I know that. And I mean, I'm really proud of it. It's also like this is definitely the most personal, I don't know if intimate sounds like the right word, but kind of like this is the most personal thing I've ever written and like publicly shared is this book. And so I'm feeling so many feelings today of like,

excitement that I'm sharing this also like a lot of vulnerability in sharing these words and also like just some pride and having done it as you guys know, like I just, I thought being an author was something that would never be available to me as someone with ADHD and dyslexia and it just, you know, having people say that this is just something I never be able to do in my life.
