Welcome into today's show.

I'm in beautiful sunny Florida.

We are out here for my mom and Ella's birthday.

I said, fuck it.

We're going to bring the whole family out here.

And so flew my mom and the girls and we're staying with my dad and his amazing wife for the

next few days and then cruising over to Disney World for a full week and just going nuts in

the Disney kingdom.

And as I was thinking about, you know, some gratitude in my morning,

sunrise six, as I call it, getting my daily gratitude in and reviewing my goals is something

that is a part of my daily routine. And I was not only thinking back to previous years goals,

but as I was writing out some of the gratitude and looking at some of the ground covered,

you know, the last few years have been a grind and a hustle, especially in the hospitality

world, you know, going from COVID and being shut down, thinking the world was ending,

thinking that, you know,

the hotels were going under and I was going bankrupt to seeing insane explosive growth

that I really could have never imagined and looking at capitalizing on that and just heads

down, 365, 24-7, working our asses off and, you know, seeing obviously some of those efforts bear insanely,

you know, lucrative and opportunistic fruits. It's been a hustle. It's been a grind. There's been a lot

of sacrifices. And as I was writing out some of that gratitude and thinking about all of the sacrifices that I've made over the last decade of my entrepreneurial and business and professional journey, since I started investing in real estate, since I started building businesses, you know, there's been a lot of sacrifices
